Donations
Due to the nature of charitable donations, all donations made to Love and Light Charitable Society are final and non-refundable.
Event Registration Fees
If you have registered for an event and can no longer attend, please contact us at least 7 days before the event date for a possible refund. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Merchandise
If you have purchased merchandise from us and are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
